How to buy?
To buy a product in our online store, select the product you like and add it to your shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart and click on «Checkout» or «Quick order».
When you place a quick order, write your full name, phone number, and e-mail. Your manager will call you back and specify the order conditions. As a result of the conversation, you will receive a confirmation of product registration by email or via SMS. Now you will only have to wait for delivery and enjoy the new purchase.
Making an order in standard mode looks like this. Fill out the form completely in successive stages: address, delivery method, payment, and personal information. We recommend that you write information in the comments to the order that will help the courier find you. Click the «Place an order» button.

Products ordered from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
Exchange/return conditions:
If for any reason the product upset expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the return or exchange of goods 14 days after receiving it is possible only if:
- preservation of its consumer properties and presentation
- no traces of use and wear
- presence of original and undamaged packaging
- factory labels
- with the attachment of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (sales receipt),
- completed return form.
Exchange/return procedure:
You can exchange/return the product in the store where it was purchased, or send it by parcel using the company "Nova Poshta" in its original packaging by courier delivery to the address:

Buyer is the payer for return shipping. When sending the item, please do not choose the cash on delivery method. Parcels sent this way will be returned to the sender.
Documents to be provided:
- sales receipt;
- completed return form.
Refund procedure:
Refunds are made only after we receive the goods that did not suit you.
You can get money in the following ways:
- In cash
Refunds are possible in cash during the refund procedure at the BELLA BICCHI store.
- To your bank card
A refund to a bank card is possible if you paid for the goods with a bank card on the site. In this case, you do not need to provide any additional details.
We will also transfer money to your card if you paid for the order by cash on delivery. Refunds are made after providing all the necessary details (bank card number, bank that issued the card), which must be filled in Return form.
The term for crediting funds to the card takes from 3 to 7 calendar days.
Refundable amount:
The amount of money to be returned will be calculated using the formula:
Refund amount = order value - prepayment amount - 3% of the order value
For example, if the order value is 15000 UAH: 15000 UAH - 300 UAH - 450 UAH = 14250 UAH
Please note that according to the legislation of Ukraine, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: gloves, accessories
If you ordered an item in one of the above categories, please inspect it carefully upon receipt. If for some reason it does not suit you, cancel the order immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
