How to place an order
It is easy to place an order on our website. Simply add the selected items to your shopping cart, then go to the shopping сart page, check that the items you ordered are correct, and click «Checkout» or «Quick order».
Quick order
Function «Quick order» allows the customer not to go through the entire order processing process themselves. You fill out the form, and the store Manager will call you back in a short time. He will clarify all the terms of the order, answer questions about the quality of the product and its features. It also tells you about payment and delivery options.
Based on the results of the call, the user either receives the callouts and completes the order independently, completing it with the necessary items, or agrees to the registration in the form that is currently available. Receives confirmation by email or mobile phone and waits for delivery.
Making an order in standard mode
If you are sure of your choice, you can place an order yourself by filling out the entire form step by step.
Filling in the address
Select the name of your region and locality from the list. If you can't find your locality in the list, select «Other location» and enter the name of your locality in the «City» column. Enter the correct index.
Delivery
Depending on your place of residence, you will be offered delivery options. Choose any convenient method. For more information about delivery terms, see the section «Delivery».
Payment
Choose the best payment method. Read more about all options in the section «Payment»
Customer
Enter your personal information: full name, delivery address, and phone number. In the «Comments» field, enter information that may be useful to the courier, for example: entrances to a house are counted from right to left.
Order registration
Check whether the information you entered is correct: order positions, location selection, and customer information. Press the button «Checkout».
Our service remembers user data and order information, and next time you will be asked to repeat the data of the previous order. If the conditions do not suit you, choose other options.
How to use a promo code?
On page Cart or on a page Checkout enter the promo code in the "Enter coupon code for discount:" field, then click the arrow button.
How to take advantage of the bonuses?
Log in to the site, using your e-mail as your username and password. Check whether you have enough funds to pay for the order in full including the cost of delivery.
Check your bonus account balance
On page Checkout set the option «Bonus account» in section «Payment». If the bonus account does not have enough funds to fully pay for the order including the cost of delivery, this block will not be displayed and you will not be able to use bonuses in this case.
