Hello! I want to share my impressions about buying a coat and scarf in THE online store of Bella Bicchi outerwear. On this site, I was interested in the coat of the Turkish company "Prestige". A few years ago, we bought coats from this company in our city. We were VERY SATISFIED (the quality is excellent)! But, unfortunately, my size was not. The consultant (or Manager) offered me a new model of the Turkish company BELLA Bicchi, which corresponded to my wishes (although the photo of this coat initially did not impress me). Consultant Kristina with understanding, professionally, patiently answered all my questions "with passion", selected the size, sent photos. I must say, a girl with good taste. I was very happy with the coat. The model is stylish. Elegant fabric quality. I think it is suitable for women of different ages and with different figures, because you can wear it with a belt and without a belt. The second option is very convenient. (I am 47 years old, my daughter is 25 – we are both comfortable in it))). For this part of the work – the maximum rating, gratitude and Respect! More advantages: 1. high-quality, beautiful lining; branded case-packaging, trempel. Everything is very solid. 2. Management has made a 7% discount on the coat - a very nice bonus. 3. Liked the scarf-quality, color. Very happy. The real color of the coat does not match the color in the photos. I was sent 2 photos - the color was different in both photos, in life-darker than in the photo. For me, this was not a minus. The color came up and I liked it. Perhaps "camel" has shades. The scarf in the photo was brighter. I liked the real color better. Disadvantages: 1. the Coat (collar, edges of the coat, belt) is beautifully stitched. In some places, threads stick out, thread seams are missing. I think that for a coat with a price of 7000 UAH (for me) and 7550 UAH - in the Internet –this is unacceptable. 2. Upon delivery I had to pay a higher amount than stated. Explain: when ordering, in the last conversation with the store's consultant, I once again clearly repeated the figures: the cost of the coat, the cost of the scarf, the payment for delivery at the store's expense, the day of delivery. Indeed, the courier of the New mail brought the coat on the appointed day; almost in a pre-agreed period of time (!!! after a stressful repeated conversation on the phone). The store's receipt contained the same amount – the one that had been discussed over the phone. But in fact ( according to the courier's receipt) I had to pay a large amount. Representatives of the online store referred to the new terms of New mail unknown to them and said that I should pay the amount stated in the store's receipt. New mail explained-these are the store's numbers. The store and the post office didn't agree, the courier was in a hurry to deliver orders, and I had to go to work. (perhaps everyone was counting on this rush). In the end, I paid for everything, because the amount compared to the price of the coat was insignificant. I would like to note that this paragraph of my review might not have happened if I had been warned in advance. Someone, perhaps, will tell, it is kopeks-50 UAH. I was unpleasantly surprised by this information in fact, not suspecting that there may be more expenses. According to the receipt, the product was sent from the branch to my address. It is indicated that the sender pays the expenses (it costs a considerable amount for sending). After a day, I look through my email (I might not have looked!). In this store's email when placing my order I read: The cost of the coat is 7000 UAH. The cost of the order is 7040 UAH. I don't know what I paid 40 10 UAH for. It's not so much about the money, it's about not knowing that I still have to pay for something. (several times the final amount was negotiated for ALL and FOR ALL with the consultant). Conclusions: the management of the store: 1. pay attention to details, point out shortcomings to the manufacturer (send photos); 2. Thank the consultants for their excellent work. Buyers: I recommend the product and the service shop (also recommend to have a financial safety net at the time of receipt of goods and take into account the distortion of the color in the photo.)
