Exchange and return

If the goods for some reason did not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the return or exchange of goods within 14 days after receipt is possible only under the following conditions:

• preservation of its consumer properties and presentation
• absence of traces of use and wear
• presence of original and undamaged packaging
• factory labels
• with the attachment of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (receipt),
• completed return form.

You are guaranteed to be able to return or exchange the product you purchased from us if it does not suit you in color, size or style. The exchange and return of the product is carried out in the BELLA BICCHI chain stores or using the Nova Poshta courier service.

You can exchange/return the product in the store where it was purchased, or send it by parcel using Nova Poshta in the original packaging by courier delivery to the address that the online store manager will provide you.

The buyer is the payer for return shipping. When sending the goods, please do not choose the cash on delivery payment method. Parcels sent in this way will be returned to the sender.

Refund is made only after we receive the product that did not suit you.

You can receive money in the following ways:

• Cash

  Refund is possible in cash when completing the return procedure in the BELLA BICCHI store.

• To your bank account card

  Refunding to a bank card is possible if you paid for the goods online/by bank card on the website or by cash on delivery.

  Refunding is carried out after providing all the necessary details (bank card number, bank that issued the card), which must be filled in Return form.

  The term for crediting funds to the card takes from 3 to 7 calendar days.
