Items ordered from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
Exchange/return conditions
If an item is disappointing for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days.
According to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights», the return or exchange of goods 14 days after receipt is possible only if:
- preserving its consumer properties and presentation
- no signs of use or wear
- presence of original and undamaged packaging
- factory shortcuts
- attached with a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (sales receipt),
- completed return form.
You are guaranteed to be able to return or exchange an item purchased from us if it does not suit you in color, size or style. Exchange and return of goods is carried out in BELLA BICCHI stores or using a courier service « New mail.
Exchange/refund procedure
You can exchange/return the item at the store where it was purchased, or send it by parcel with Nova Poshta in the original packaging by courier delivery to:
Chernivtsi, Universitetska str., 4 (BELLA BICCHI, Milenium shopping center).

The buyer is the payer for return shipping. Please do not select cash on delivery when sending the item. Packages sent this way will be returned to the sender.
Documents to be submitted
- sales receipt;
- completed return form.
Refund procedure:
Refunds will only be issued after we have received the product that did not suit you.
You can receive money in the following ways:
- Cash
Refunds are available in cash during the checkout process at a BELLA BICCHI store.
- To your bank card
A refund to a bank card is possible if you paid for the goods with a bank card on the site. In this case, you do not need to provide any additional details.
We will also transfer money to your card if you paid for the order by cash on delivery. Refunds are made after providing all the necessary details (bank card number, card issuing bank), which must be filled in Return Form.
It takes 3 to 7 calendar days for funds to be credited to the card.
Amount to be refunded
The amount to be refunded is calculated as the order amount minus the order prepayment amount

Please note, according to Ukrainian legislation, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: gloves, accessories
If you ordered an item in one of the above categories, please inspect it carefully upon receipt. If for any reason it does not suit you, please cancel the order immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange goods.
