- Shoulder width. Holding a centimeter in front of you, record the distance from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other. You do not need to rotate your shoulders in a circle, this measurement requires a "half-girth".
- Hip circumference. Measured along the fullest part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
- Sleeve length. With your arm half-extended, or holding it straight, but in no case bending it, measure the distance from your shoulder to your wrist.
- Leg length. Standing straight, measure the distance from your groin to your ankle bone.
- Neck circumference. Measure the base of your neck directly above your collarbone.
