Ordered and received the down jacket very quickly. Excellent quality, good neat tailoring. Pockets with magnets. The hood looks luxurious. The size fits. Very warm, today it's -15 in Kyiv, but I felt warm. So far, I like everything. The only thing I didn't like was that the down jacket came without packaging, just folded in a box. It's kind of strange

I was very doubtful because they asked for a prepayment of 200 UAH, and if the product did not meet my needs, the money would not be refunded (but the jacket model turned out to be exactly what I wanted and the size was what I ordered) took a risk. Sent the prepayment, the jacket arrived on the second day. They didn't deceive, you can trust.

The down jacket is awesome, my wife put it on right away and has been wearing only it for 2 weeks. The size is just right too.

Good afternoon, I purchased a women's down jacket Basic 52104 black in your company's store at the Maidan shopping center in Chernivtsi. I am satisfied with the quality of the jacket itself, but the fittings are of very poor quality. I made the purchase in mid-October, started wearing it in early November, and within a month, the decorative element on the end of the hood string came off, and some time later a button on the fastener detached, even though I always handle things very carefully and do not use public transportation. I wish some fittings were included, such as extra buttons, as other companies do. Now I have to pay for these repairs myself, and it's unpleasant
