She approached my problem with understanding, suggested waiting a bit for a new batch of goods to arrive - and today I have a celebration - I received my wonderful coat, which I had dreamed of for a very long time!!! The coat is very solid - original. The model, the fabric, the signature lining - everything is top-notch!!! Very fast delivery - I received the order literally the day after placing it, perfectly packaged, in a branded cover! This is my first purchase of such an item online - I was always afraid of misunderstandings... But the result made me very happy! THIS supermarket MUST BE TRUSTED 100%!!! 30.11.2015 Ordered a coat. The required size was not available. Within a day, they found my size in Ukraine and sent it. The speed is incredible. Special thanks to Svetlana Petrovna, the discount issue was resolved over the phone within 5 minutes. The product arrived in excellent condition. I feel that the people working in the store live by the principle "To be successful means to be on time"

Hello! I want to share my impressions of buying a coat and scarf from the outerwear online store BELLA Bicchi. On this site, I was interested in a coat from the Turkish firm "Prestige". A few years ago, we bought a coat from this firm in our city. We were VERY SATISFIED (quality is excellent)! But unfortunately, my size wasn't available. The consultant (or manager) suggested a new model from the Turkish firm BELLA Bicchi, which met my preferences (even though the initial photo of the coat didn't impress me). Consultant Kristina answered all my questions with understanding, professionalism, and patience, helping to choose the right size and sending photos. I must say, the girl has good taste. I am very pleased with the coat. The model is stylish. The fabric quality is gorgeous. I think it could suit women of different ages and sizes, as it can be worn with or without a belt. The second option is very convenient. (I am 47 years old, my daughter is 25 – we both feel comfortable in it))). For this part of the work – the highest rating, thanks, and respect! Other advantages: 1. high-quality, beautiful lining; branded cover packaging, hanger. Everything is very solid. 2. The management gave a 7% discount on the coat - a very pleasant bonus. 3. I liked the scarf – quality, color. Very satisfied. The actual color of the coat does not match the color in the photographs. They sent me 2 photos - the color differed in both, in reality – darker than in the photos. For me, this was not a drawback. I liked the color and it suited me. Maybe "Camel" has shades. The scarf was brighter in the photo. I liked the actual color more. Disadvantages: 1. The coat (collar, coat edges, belt) is beautifully stitched. In some places, threads stick out, seams are missing. I believe that for a coat priced at 7000 UAH (for me) and 7550 UAH online, this is unacceptable. 2. Upon delivery, I had to pay more than stated. Explanation: when ordering in the final conversation with the store consultant, I clearly repeated the numbers: the cost of the coat, the cost of the scarf, delivery paid by the store, day of delivery. Indeed, the new post courier delivered the coat on the appointed day; almost within the pre-agreed time period (!!! after stressful repeated phone conversations). The store receipt had one amount - the one discussed over the phone. But in fact (according to the courier receipt), I had to pay a larger amount. Representatives of the online store referred to new unknown conditions of Nova Poshta and said that I should pay the amount stated in the store's receipt. Nova Poshta explained - these are the store's numbers. The store and post office didn't come to an agreement among themselves, the courier was in a hurry to deliver orders, I needed to go to work. (perhaps all this haste was anticipated). In the end, I paid for everything, as the amount compared to the coat price was insignificant. I want to note, this paragraph of my review could have been absent if I had been warned in advance. Someone might say, it's just 50 UAH. I was unpleasantly surprised by this information upon fact, not suspecting there could be further expenses. According to the receipt, the goods were sent from the office to my address. It's indicated that the sender pays for the expenses (a rather large amount for sending). A day later, I check the mail (might not have looked!). In the letter from this store when processing my order, I read: The cost of the coat - 7000 UAH. Order cost - 7040 UAH. I don't know what I paid 40 10 UAH for. It's not so much about the money as about not knowing that I still have to pay something. (the final amount for EVERYTHING had been agreed upon several times with the consultant). Conclusions: For the store management: 1. pay attention to details, point out product flaws to the manufacturer (I am sending photos); 2. Thank consultants for excellent work. For buyers: I recommend the product and store service (also recommend having financial backup at hand when receiving the goods and considering color distortion in photos.)
